The EF-9C series is a dual-cylinder commercial electric frying solution designed for medium to large foodservice operations. It includes two configurations: the EF-9C2 standard model and the EF-9CL2 built-in filter model. Both units feature two independently controlled 14L oil tanks, powered by 6 high-efficiency heating tubes (3 per tank) with 9kW total output, delivering precise temperature adjustment from 50℃ to 195℃. The dual-tank design allows simultaneous frying of different ingredients without flavor cross-contamination, greatly improving peak-hour output efficiency.
The upgraded EF-9CL2 integrates a professional oil filtration system into its base cabinet, which continuously removes food residues, carbon deposits and impurities from frying oil, effectively extending oil service life and reducing long-term operating costs. Constructed with full food-grade stainless steel and equipped with standard frying baskets, both models are durable, easy to clean and widely applicable to fried chicken shops, fast food chains, food courts and institutional canteens.
