This HP24-MF commercial 4-burner gas stove is a multi-station gas cooking equipment designed for specialty catering stores and fast food restaurants. It is equipped with 4 independently controlled burners, each with adjustable firepower, allowing chefs to cook multiple dishes with different heat requirements at the same time, greatly improving kitchen output efficiency.
Two configurations are available: a compact countertop model for small kitchens and open cooking stations, and a freestanding model with a bottom storage shelf for medium and large restaurants. With 23.6kW total heating power and 300mm large heavy-duty stove racks, it is compatible with clay pots, saucepans, stock pots and woks, suitable for making clay pot rice, braised dishes, noodle soup, sauces and other foods. Made of full food-grade stainless steel with durable cast iron grates, it is sturdy, long-lasting and easy to clean, widely used in Hong Kong-style tea restaurants, noodle shops, braised food stores and fast food chains.
