Product Overview

This GG24-MF commercial gas griddle is a heavy-duty flat-top cooking equipment designed for fast food restaurants, teppanyaki stalls, snack shops and food courts. It features a 19mm (3/4 inch) ultra-thick griddle plate with excellent heat storage performance, ensuring even temperature distribution across the whole cooking surface for consistent browning and texture.
Equipped with 2 independently controlled burners delivering 18.7kW total heating power, it supports zoned temperature adjustment, allowing simultaneous searing and warming to improve cooking efficiency. Two configurations are available: a compact countertop model for small kitchens and mobile food trucks, and a freestanding model with a bottom storage shelf for medium and large commercial kitchens. Compatible with both LPG and natural gas, with full stainless steel construction and integrated grease collection, it is durable, easy to maintain and widely used for making burgers, pancakes, teppanyaki, fried rice and grilled meat.
