This EG02 commercial double sided electric griddle (also known as contact grill / panini press) is a professional high-efficiency cooking equipment designed for light food restaurants, cafes, fast food shops and snack stalls. It adopts independent dual heating plate structure with top and bottom plates heating simultaneously, cutting cooking time by nearly 50% compared with single-sided griddles and greatly improving peak-hour serving efficiency.
The 12mm thickened cooking plates deliver excellent heat storage and uniform temperature distribution, ensuring consistent browning and texture for every batch of food. With a wide temperature range of 50-300℃ and independent dual control, it supports flexible single-sided or double-sided heating for various ingredients.
